आपल्या 'मेमोरँडम ऑफ असोसिएशन' मध्ये खालील उद्दिष्टांचा समावेश आहे:
 
To promote, engage and work for (i) the betterment and upliftment of Athavale community in particular and public in general, and (ii) To hold seminars, conferences periodical get-togethers to increase interaction and discussion on subjects related to the development and wellbeing of the progress of the community, and (iii) To provide support in every form to the  members of the community in particular and the public in general in conditions of the natural disaster and/or pandemic, and (iv) To provide support in every form to the deserving members of the community in particular and the public in general who suffer from specific medical situation and, (v) To periodically update family history of the Athavale family and the other community data and continue to do so to help community members to know the cultural history and (vi) To publish journals, magazines, books newsletters, reports, leaflets etc. and to produce audio/video materials and other multimedia presentations and, (vii) To provide support in every form and assist in imparting quality education to the deserving members of the community in particular and the public in general and, (viii) To promote skill development including promotion of Indian art, crafts, culture and other vocational training, and (ix) To promote Indian nationalism among youth and to promote teachings of Indian Nationalist and Freedom Fighters.
